GameJonMy RGB modded PAL N64 does the same thing, fortunately my TV’s “sort of” OK with it. It doesn’t allow me to turn on game mode and/or resize the image, but works in Line3x. Would also like to know if there’s a workaround.
The SNES is a bit iffy as well… My OG model with a CSYNC cable usually runs solidly at 60.05hz and has no problems, my 1-chip with a sync-on-luma seems to fluctuate in some games between (about) 60.05Hz and 60.3Hz, occasionally causing drop outs.
