For starters, you will want to steer clear of JP-21; the wiring is different compared to SCART, and using it on your OSSC without a JP-21->SCART adapter will probably fry your OSSC.
The Genesis/MegaDrive SCART cable you linked to is the type you need; and then it’s up to you whether you want the higher-quality multi-core coax version.
