SNES has been difficult with some of those newer Sony’s.
Possibly try a trick a shmups user posted, set “Allow TVP HPLL2x” to off, then toggle between generic and optimized modes. In his case, the image stabilized (although, on that Sony, he already had stable picture at x3 and x4)

For AV2 sound, did you toggle the switch?
There are no profiles apart from what you program yourself. There is a list of some optimized modes in the wiki, if you’d like to try. I notice, the wiki is down at the moment…
