Maybe but remember 1080p on OSSC is cropped anyway. 1200P would have been great. I wish I could understand why HD Fury chose to limit scaling from 1080p sources only. A decent scaling engine that could take all resolutions would have made this device a must have, even at its high price point.
Edit – HD Fury said the reason is that it would require a custom FPGA design and cost thousands.. makes sense actually, should have thought of that!
