2-chip SNES has this well known issue with slow transitions between certain colours, as in this case full black to full white. Hence why 2-chips are considered blurry.
There is the reverse LPF you can try, but for me it can never remove it completely. Instead I use generic mode and settle for the fact that is a more accurate representation of the regular SNES video output.
IIRC, reverse LPF setting of about 3 was optimal, above that would create halo effect.
