    Well, you could use them both in tandem, OSSC has a few options that Carby does not, like 480p x 2 mode (if your TV/Monitor is compatible). Carby should have you covered pretty much on its own though.

    Best way to improve the picture on a PAL Gamecube is to use homebrew and either run NTSC software or force your PAL titles into 480p.
