It looks like the OSSC has simply been set to expect YPbPr input rather than RGB over the AV3 input. Reselect the input with either the digit 3 button (AV3 – RGBHV) or the digit 9 button (AV3 – RGsB) on the remote, or press BTN0 on OSSC itself until you get to AV3 RGBHV or RGsB. One of those should hopefully work.
