480p is always 31khz, 240p and 480i is always 15khz
In passthrough mode the OSSC outputs whatever is input, so if you are feeding it a 15khz signal that’s what comes out. I can confirm the HD Fury Nano and HDFURY X3 both pass through 240p OK so I don’t see why the 2 wouldn’t.
You can’t really do anything useful to a 240p image that’s just passed through, it’s more for people who want to use OSSC on multisync monitors, or purely as a transcoder, and probably won’t do anything useful for someone using a 15khz only set.
