    If you have green LED lit while in Line2x mode, it indicates OSSC is able to sync. Are you sure your monitor is capable of displaying 513-line 61.39Hz 480p signal? The output clock may be still jittery if the PCB doesn’t have periodic sync, but you might be able to mitigate it by reducing ADC PLL BW from sync opt.
