I’ve now tested 3 different (PAL) ST/STe units, including ones with integrated RF-modulator. None of them showed sync issues with correct RGB cables (resistor on sync line for non-RF units). Tested also a couple different Pro units with older firmwares but that made no difference. I don’t know if modern ST RGB cables are built differently (e.g. csync generated from separate H/V syncs) or what else could explain the issue.
