									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I wanted to post an update that the problem is solved.<br />
I got myself a multimeter and measured the VGA cables. Even though I had been told they were fully wired, there was no voltage on pin 9.<br />
I eventually purchased a cable from a seller who provided a proper wiring diagram, so I could be sure that it was truly fully wired.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for your replies. I’m sure that the SCART cables I tested are true RGB SCART cables.<br />
Regarding the VGA cables, as I mentioned I unfortunatwly can&#8217;t do voltage measurements myself, but the sellers told me they were fully wired. The two VGA cables I’ve tried are:<br />

799422539334 (from Amazon)<br />

<p>I just received my OSSC Pro together with the Extra AV Out expansion card and the AV Input/Output Adapter v1.3.<br />
My main goal is to downscale to 240p / 480i RGB SCART for use with a consumer CRT.<br />
Unfortunately there seems to be an issue.<br />
Everything is connected correctly, but I only get a black screen over RGB SCART.<br />
