If I set my modded Mega Drive (also tested with a modded Saturn) to output 60hz and turn game mode ON on my TV I get a kind of weird screen tearing with my OSSC. This doesn&#8217;t happen when game mode is off so I&#8217;d assume it&#8217;s being corrected somehow by the TV&#8217;s post-processing?
