I tried a few additional things to make sure it’s not the cable or my p2:

– I lent a HQ RGB SCART cable from a friend and with this I connected my ps2 to the OSSC, same proble

– I hooked up my ps2 to the CRT tv 0f the same friend with this cable, no problems
