									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am having a similar issue, but in Windows 2000.  The screen constantly blinks black like its loosing signal or sync?  It is only when running 3D games through a Voodoo 3 3000.  My green light stays lit green though.  Tried many different resolutions.  Everything looks fine connected to real monitor.</p>
