Hey marqs, thank you for the update. I successfully upgraded my Kaico OSSC v1.6 to 1.20fw, and so far everything looks great. I really like the new shadow masks and the intensity option.

I have one major question: is there any way to obtain information about the currently selected profile, for example via JTAG? I would like to implement some…Read more

Woah… I just wanted to appreciate how cool is this new changelog. Unfortunately I cannot test it due to not having usb blaster (who knows maybe I’ll grab cheap one from aliexpress). Anyway having new features and still free ram for future ones is wild. Thanks!

Hey, quick question. I love the addition of shadow masks to the firmware. I noticed there are a lot of unused remote buttons. Would it be possible to code a quick on/off toggle for shadow masks?

Thank you for the awesome support for OSSC. Version 1.11v fixed all the problems I had with 1.10. I no longer experience dropouts on the PS2 via component, nor the strange bug I had with my Saturn. Specifically, in version 1.10, I was having issues with unstable frequency and resolution, with the OSSC display and OSD numbers cycling nonstop. Sorry…Read more

Hey I can confirm I’ve managed to successfully mod my Kaico OSSC v1.6. Tested only for 30 minutes on my PAL Wii. Tomorrow I’ll try dreamcast on vga and rgb saturn. Thanks for modding guide!
