									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I checked the components on the back of the board since I think I was focusing too much on the IC pins. Found a ferrite bead where one side wasn&#8217;t soldered properly, reflowed that and the surrounding components for good measure, and now it&#8217;s working perfectly. Thank you marqs.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m working on a v1.8 PCB. I programmed the FPGA and flash memory without issue, and the LCD shows the expected information when it&#8217;s turned on. It also seems to detect signal correctly, as my RGB-modded N64 is being detected on AV1.</p>
