									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Problem solved! As it turns out the HDMI port had poor solder contacts &#8211; pushing down on it slightly causes the image to return consistently.</p>
<p>I can only conclude this is why things were working when the OSSC was positioned at an angle because the HDMI cable was not applying any upward stress to the port unlike when it was laid flat.
