As for why I’m adding the RT5X, I needed all of the following or it just wouldn’t be worth it:

I’m now running my RetroTink 5X into my OSSC Pro for PS1 content (love that the OSSC can power the RT5X with its USB port!) and when looking at my video captures I noticed I didn’t have any sound. It’s not even a real issue since my setup allows me to get the audio from AV2 on the OSSC Pro, but I’m just stumped why…Read more

Maybe double the size of the OSD when it’s in 1080p? At the distance I sit, sometimes it’s just easier to read the display on the OSSC Pro itself.

But yeah, let’s definitely use the “unused” buttons on the remote for our 9 favorite profiles. It’s already got the letter “P” on the buttons!

I got one but I’m not sure if it’s really a “bug “(happened with 0.73 as well):

My capture card program (Media Express, used with Blackmagic UltraStudio Recorder 3G) doesn’t see the audio unless I set the OSSC Pro audio to Quad stereo: on (4.0). That is, I’ll only see the proper movement for audio channels 1 and 2 in my capture card this way.…Read more

Used to be easy to find on the OSSC Classic, but the OSSC Pro Wiki doesn’t even have “PSP” anywhere on the page. Am I going to have to make it myself or what? I know it couldn’t have been just a simple image stretch because the PSP picture is flawless on the Classic, and it’s one of the two reasons I went with the OSSC Pro now instead of a…Read more
