									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I don&#8217;t normally have the PSP sampling option selected. I was just cycling through the different options to show the results since changing from AUTO to VESA helped solve the 70-85hz issue.</p>

I&#8217;m not sure I would be able to update the firmware if a hardware mod is necessary since I don&#8217;t have the tools at the moment. I could potentially do it in the future if it would improve compatibility for Win9x.</p>

<p>640&#215;480@60hz works fine, as do DOS games at 70hz. However, if I try using refresh rates over 60hz (70, 72, 85) in Windows, the picture will have a ripple (?) effect with &#8220;fuzzy&#8221; spots throughout, in addition to being cropped.
