A 3D printed enclosure for the Extra AV Out expansion card for the OSSC Pro. Printed on an industrial 3D printer for the best possible finish.
Keep the card free of dust and debris with this 3D printed case, printed in black to match the OSSC Pro’s case. Installation is easy, simply disconnect the Extra AV Out card from your OSSC Pro, place it in the bottom part of the case, lining up the ports with the holes, then snap the top part of the case on and reattach it to the Pro.
Optionally, you can screw the board into place using any screw between 6mm and 10mm deep (not supplied). As this is a 3D print the holes are not pre-threaded and you may want to use a self tapping screw or wood screw.
Case only – OSSC Pro and Extra AV Out are shown for illustration purposes only and are NOT included with this product.
This is an open source design. Based on the original design for the Legacy AV in case by @Chrissy_2190546 and developed/modified by Stone Age Gamer. For those wishing to 3D print their own case, the files are available here.

I have to echo what the review from fierman says.
The board is a tight fit in the case, but the mounting posts for the PCB don’t align well with the through-holes.
What’s worse is the post near the outputs is about 0.5mm too tall, and one of the surface mount components on the PCB overlaps the lip near the input edge connector.
I was able to address these myself with a hand file and some patience, but at 13.20 I would expect this have to been sorted at the design stage.

Crap. Doesn’t fit at all. There’s no way to cram the board into the case. On top of that, there seems to be no way to properly fasten the lid to the case (apart from using cellotape), and no screws are included. No hint whatsoever what size of screws to use as well. Another tenner down the drain.

Sorry you didn’t like the case, as you can see from the picture, it definitely fits the board!
As for screws, you can use any screw between 6mm and 10mm deep. As this is a 3D print the holes are not pre-threaded and you may want to use a self tapping screw or wood screw.
