<p>Putting the lesson to one side of ever buying anything Bitfunx 🙁</p>
<p>I&#8217;m trying to resurrect an OSSC 1.8 that I believe likely too a power surge via the HDMI port at some point. I found that on the board was a CAT6613CQ instead of an expected IT6613E (pin compatible and somewhat equivalent from what I&#8217;ve read). <p>I have a premade OSSC 1.8 (not from here sadly), I recently used an HDMI &gt; VGA adaptor on it and stupidly applied the USB power to it whilst connected, it damaged the OSSC and sadly and more costly the CRT it was attached to, so there must have been a hefty power surge of some kind.
