Not sure if this is a widespread issue amon PSOnes, but if you have multimeter with cap tester function, it&#8217;s very easy to test it.</p>

If you have original AV cables for some of the consoles and RCA-scart adapter, you can try connecting that to AV1 and see if stable sync is at detected (picture is then blank).</p>

<p>Upscaling or line multiplying to 720p works, but 1080p causes the screen to glitch out.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not sure what setting could be disagreeing with a TV from 2012. Downgrading to 0.81 fixed everything.</p>

<p>When I connect my Sega Mega Drive 2 directly via my SUB-D to SCART adapter cable, the picture and sound appear briefly.</p>
<p>Does the OSSC require a higher signal level than a cheap device?</p>

I recently purchased the Open Source Scan Converter (OSSC) V1.8 from you; AV2 and AV3 are working very well.<br />
