If you have a multimeter with a diode tester function on hand, try measuring (while OSSC is off and disconnected) forward voltage from ground (e.g. DVI chassis) to TMDS link1 and clock pins (8 total). You should measure 500-600mV in each pin if HDMI transmitter IC is undamaged.
