Just one more thing: using a single 330 or 470 ohm resistor to lower the voltage still means that the output impedance is 330 or 470 ohm, not the proper 75 ohm. This shouldn’t damage your equipment, but is strictly speaking out-of-spec and can theoretically degrade the quality of the signal as it actually creates a low-pass filter with the parasitic capacitance of the traces and leads.
