Honestly I just use mine with generic Line 3x as I don’t like things over sharpened.
Ajusting H-PLL coast options (under sync opt) so that pre is set to 3 and post is set to 3 is required on many displays if you want to play interlace games like Sonic 2.

They vary from game to game so you’d have to re-adjust each time or save/recall a profile.
