According to this post:

Init error -4

“Init error -2” = Error: could not read from THS7353

… there seems to be a problem with the video amplifier IC… or at least with the communication with it. Could be a damaged voltage regulator (TLV70033/U6) or (in the worst case) a damaged video amplifier (THS7353/U17).
