You don’t need to change any settings for Wii. It will be sampled optimally at the default for 480p (858 h.samplerate).
I think the problem is two-fold:
1. wii has slightly blurry output as it performs various internal scaling before output
2. you have an unrealistic expectation of how the output should look
By the way, it seems most things Hyperkin put out as far as cables go (so called “HD” HDMI cables) are just complete garbage so I wouldn’t waste my time on it.
