What is the display you are using?
Are you able to try the new beta firmware (requires a small hardware modification to OSSC) ? This has fixed several issues people were having with OSSC and retro PCs – https://videogameperfection.com/forums/topic/ossc-v1-xx-series-beta-firmware/
