5x cuts off left/right into 1600×1200 screen

      Why would 5x be cutting off a small amount of the left and right sides of the image into a 1600×1200 native res LCD? I’m testing with a Neo Geo.

        Are you using Generic 4:3 or an advanced timing?

            Try setting H.samplerate to 1950 in adv. timing menu – if supported by the display, that fixes cropping and aspect. You could also try optimal timings for Neo Geo.

              Thanks for the pointers. Here are my optimal settings on Neo Geo:

              h.samplerate 1935
              h.backporch 138
              h.active 1600
              v.backporch 13

              This will need to change along with the PCB?

              Here are the rest of my non-default settings:

              TX mode DVI
              Line5x format 1600×1200
              240p/288p proc Line5x
              Scanlines Manual
              Scanline str. 50%
              Sl. hybrid str. 100%

              I’m open to suggestions. 🙂
