I accidentally connected a 12V supply to the unit. When I turned it on, the screen (on the unit) flickered a few times and I turned it off. Now it won’t turn on with the correct 5V PSU which was packaged with it. Can someone please help?

If you have a multimeter you could check first, if the F1 fuse isn’t blown (i highly doubt it is, since it’s rated for 32V max… but check it anyway).

If F1 is okay, maybe (in the best case) one of the voltage regulators was fried. So you should check their output voltages next (starting with U5 and U6… cause – as far as i remember – they are both directly connected to the 5V input rail).

If you don’t know how to do any of this, you should wait for ‘BuckoA51’ to ask him, how you could return your unit for repair.

Please leave the unit for 24-48 hours then try again, if it still doesn’t work you will need to arrange a repair.
