      Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out if this setup will work and wanted some advice:

      I have a Panasonic NV-FS100 S-VHS deck and a Sony BVM D201E. I’m planning to connect them like this:

      NV-FS100 → S-Video → Koryuu Transcoder → Component (YPbPr) → BVM
      The Koryuu says it converts Composite/S-Video to Component (YPbPr). My BVM has component inputs.

      Do you think this will give me a clean image, or are there any caveats I should be aware of? I want to make sure I’m not missing anything before buying the transcoder.
