Broken OSSC?

BuckoA51.Thinking that I might have a broken unit. It has been working fine for a few months, but today when powering the unit on it goes green immediately and stays on the test pattern screen. When I power on the system it won’t switch over to the console and stays on the test pattern. The test pattern also has moving pixels. I have linked to a Youtube video of the test pattern below. Even with the console scart cable unplugged it still stays on the test pattern, and has the moving pixels. Any thoughts on this issue?
