Capturing or streaming while playing on the CRT TV

Hi guys,

I wonder if there is a way to capturing or streaming gameplay generated from a device connected via scart to a CRT TV ?

Usually you would split the RGB SCART signal into two, feed one to the CRT and another to a scaler then into your capture device.

I already have the OSSC, practically, what else would I need aside from a capture device?
