Hello, I am trying to play Chrono Trigger (SNES version) using the OSSC PRO on Scaler mode, and I got this strange bug on the image:

Part of top side of the screen is like torn to the right, but it only happens when the dialog box is on the screen. If I switch to Line multiplier mode, it is even worse, because OSSC looses the sync when a dialog is present…

I remember to play it perfectly with the old regular OSSC. Do I need to set a special profile for this or it is a bug? Thanks.

Edit: I can add more information. My SNES is PAL SNSP-1CHIP-01 and I installed a long time ago this SuperCIC mode (no rgb bypass nor dejitter):

If high-contrast picture content (like seen in the dialog box) disturbs sync, then cable would be my first suspect. Presumably it uses composite/luma for sync, but I’d ensure that line has 75ohm termination resistor as PAL cables should. Alternatively you can adjust analog sync Vth from OSSC Pro sync menu which may be enough to fix the issue. You may also maximize H-PLL loop gain when framelock is off to mimimize re-lock time and associated skew, but that should be used only as a last resort if you can’t solve the issue otherwise.

Adjusting the analog sync Vth from 120 to 160 solved the issue! I have a RetrogamingCables RGB cable with Csync, so I don’t know how is this cable failing. Anyway it is solved. Thank you so much
