      Hi guys,
      I’ve connected my NeoGeo and it’s all OK, aside the fact that it scrolls vertically continuously.

      vertical scroll

      NeoGeo JP serial 458K
      OSSC: RGBS 264p 15.59kHz 59.00Hz

      I tried changing sync LPF, and I’ve set H-PLL pre and post coast to 3 (and more).

      Any suggestion ?

        OK, scratch this…I sorted it out.
        Just as FYI, I was previously going from OSSC to the Home Theater via HDMI as I normally do with xbox and other devices and then HomeTheater to TV, and this was causing the scrolling.
        Going straight to the TV fixed it…

          Perhaps your home theatre setup includes an upscaler? In this case probably best to bypass it for all your systems to reduce lag, unless your TVs scaling is really bad.
