Cps digital installed in cps3 no hdmi

I have a cps digital installed in a cps3 that is not giving me any hdmi signal. I have updated to latest cps3 firmware. I am not the original installer but have reinstalled it to make sure everything is right and still no signal when plugged in to my TV. Are there any test point I should check?

Found the problem. It was a damage fuse by the hdmi port F02
