marcusrushy.Might transfer everything to another board and test each component. 🙃
If you suspect the PCB, you can just transfer FPGA, flash, regulators and R16-24 to be able to test JTAG.
I give up. Cannot seem to get this working. Will have to buy one when I get some money.
