Crystalio II VPS-3300 vs DVDO Iscan VP50 pro when using them with the OSSC

Hello,
I need to know what is the pro and con with the ossc associated with video processors Crystalio II VPS-3300 and vp50 pro.
which is the best ?
I noticed that the Crystalio II VPS-3300 is able to access the 5x line 1200p in contrary of the vp50 pro but i noticed also that there is more input lag with the Crystalio II VPS-3300 than with the vp50 pro.
Please can you clarify this ?

I believe the Crystalio II has 30ms of lag.
