Custom OSSC top and bottom panels?

I was wondering if VGP has considered selling custom panels for the OSSC? Would other people be interested in pimping their OSSCs?

I’d love to buy a couple of plates to change the look of the machine with like how you can with the new3ds.

I am completely onboard for wood paneling for the top and bottom. I would also be interested in a more-enclosed, uh, enclosure that would keep out dust.

I guess if there’s demand for them we could look into it. Of course project is entirely open source so people can make/order their own too.

Yeah, I’ve been looking into getting wood panels from someone who can laser cut here in the UK but the prices aren’t anywhere near the price US services offer to do it at.

$20 is just about reasonable but the shipping kills it to the UK.

I’d like it if medium gray transparent and milky white were options. Or some sort of transparent or translucent black or white panels.
