Does the OSSC 1.7 support an output of 1920×1200 for my 1920x1200p monitor?

Yes, 1920×1200 is supported https://junkerhq.net/xrgb/index.php/OSSC#Line5x_format

Compatibility will depend on your monitor and the source too.
