      I just received my GCHD MK-II in the mail, but I can’t get it to produce an image through either output. With the HDMI output, my automatic HDMI switcher will switch to it (and away once I turn the GameCube off), but my monitor reports no signal. With the analog output, using official Wii component cables through the OSSC, it will sync very briefly, then jump rapidly between maybe two to four seemingly random resolution values, and then it will lose sync entirely for the rest of the time the GameCube’s on. I did verify that the GameCube itself works just fine over composite and that the GCHD MK-II is plugged in all the way with the activity light coming on and everything. Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be and how I could fix it?

        Try direct to your monitor without the switch in the chain.
