      Hello,

I have a 1.6 build that I am having trouble getting stable.  I’ve built it, flashed the FPGA via JTAG and it has run with output over HDMI to screen, but after about 10 minutes it shut down and now no longer fully boots up.  When I turn it on, the LCD display blips briefly.  No LEDs are on.  Here is what I have tested and know:

      F1 has continuity

      F2 has continuity

      U5 – gets 5v and outputs 3.3v

      U6 – gets 5v and outputs 3.3v

      U7 – gets 3.3v and outputs 1.8v

      U15 – outputs 1.78v

      U16 – outputs 1.79v

      Q1 – getting 3.5v and outputs 1.9v

Q2 (just put in a new one) – gets 3.28v and outputs 2.22v to resistor prior to A on NewHaven Display and 3.5 that I believe routes to Q1

      FPGA – VCCD_PLL is getting 1.18, VCCINT is showing 1.4, VCCA is 2.48, DVDD3v3 is 3.3v

NewHaven LCD – A is only at 2v, (not 3 which is what i thought spec says and why i changed out Q2, but that changed nothing)

Generally – RESET_N is low.  I’m not sure what really drives this, but given it is active LOW, I think this is a red flag.

Other things I did, i checked for any bridged connections on FPGA, IT6613E and TVP chips but it seems fine.

Any help on where to go from here is appreciated.

      Matt
