Help with unsuccessful installation

Friends my installation seemed to be all ok when I realized I had a weld together
8S F32 chip next to the 16 MHz oscillator there was no image, just the black screen
when I realized the solder together I changed the chip and soldered again, and now I have this image.
would you know to tell me what’s wrong and how can I fix it?
