      Got my board yesterday. Have it fully installed today (limited time after work). Checked all my work, all looks good as far as I can tell. Hooked CPS2 set up to super gun, with HDMI going to TV – no signal whatsoever.

      Are the boards flashed before you send them out?

      Now downloading and installing the latest Quartus II. Was never too savvy with my USB Blaster…just followed instructions using it a few times, and mucked through it once or twice successfully where there weren’t good project instructions. If someone could give a simple step-by-step for flashing the CPS2 Digi AV, it would be appreciated.

        I ended up answering my own question. YES, the boards are programmed before shipping.
