      Hi,

I’m just curious to know if the Retrotink2x
has been tested by anyone with a NeoGeo Cvms.
Does the Retrotink2x do anything with the refreshrate to make the output 60hz? Or is it just passed through like the OSSC.

Scarlett sprites used S-video from the NEOGEO, which worked well on his setup:

I would guess the S-Video has the same timing as the other video outputs. The 2X doesn’t modify refresh rate but does normalize out of spec sync to make it broadly compatible with displays and capture cards. I need to dig a bit deeper but I actually don’t think slight variations in refresh rate matter but inconsistent and jittery syncs are the real killer.
