      Hello!

      Got myself an OSSC via amazon.es yesterday but when I turn on the equipment nothing appears on the display.
      I guess this isn’t normal right?…
      Maybe I got a faulty one?

      What should I do? Return it? Anyway I can factory reset or something?

        Certainly appears faulty. I would expect you got one of the OSSCs sourced from somewhere like Ali Express, and these units have proven to be poorly built–bad solder joints and cheap, low-quality parts–and they lack any kind of manufacturer support or warranty; however, since it’s Amazon, it should be straightforward to arrange a return for a refund or replacement.

        Normally, I’d recommend returning the unit for a refund and buying one from VGP, but they seem to be out of stock at the moment. If you don’t want to wait for VGP to restock, you can try returning your unit for a replacement and hope you don’t get another faulty unit.

          Thanks for replying, I only bought from Amazon since it’s out of stock here… a little disappointed, will return it and wait for stock to be available here. Learned my lesson :\
