      Im planning on using my ossc 1.6 with a jamma supergun through the SCART av1. Does the new OSSC/PCM1862 support amplified audio directly from the jamma connection? Or do I need to deamplify the audio first before it digitalizes it?

        PCM1862 expects line-level audio, so it’s not a good idea to connect speaker output to it. It might cause clipping or even damage the chip depending on the volume level.
