OSSC Bricked?

maggi373.Everything started with that U5 was shorted to ground, and i couldt find the problem and gave up for a year, few days ago i found out that the TVP7002 chip i got from mouser was a dud and replaced it. Aaaand my PSU still says it’s shorted and wont deliver power but when i ohm with a multimeter i can’t find any shorts on any regulator. I get around 1khom on U5
