OSSC – Init Error -2 out of the blue – repair service?

      Hi Folks,

      My OSSC that i use on my bench all the time suddenly booted up this morning with an init error -2 – which looks like it means the video amp died. Does VGP repair this, or is anyone else able to do this repair for me?

        We do have an attempted repair service if you bought the unit from us and you’re in the EU.

        OSSC Repair Service

        If you’re outside the EU then repair is probably not economical, sorry.

          Thanks – unfortunately I am in the US…. that error code says that the video amp died – I suppose I can try and replace it – even though I am not super awesome at SMD soldering!
