      I just received my ossc (firm 77a) and i’m not getting any image or video when i hook it up to my led tv.I’m getting audio though from the game.I’ve read the the wiki page and quick start guide for the ossc before hooking it up.I’m using a genesis 2 with a scart cable c sync(retrogaming cables uk) and a GE 40in LED LD-4055.I have the correct input on the ossc and i followed the troubleshooting guide for “NO IMAGE” and still nothing. I used the same console,game,scart cable on a framemeister and it works.What have i overlooked???

        OSSC LED is green or red? What does it say on the display?

            Is the grey test pattern shown on the TV when you start the OSSC (before choosing input)? Also try another display if you can.

              no grey test pattern, that’s the first thing i was looking for. I will test in another tv.

                I only have one tv so i went to a friends house and tested it on an LG OLED.Test grey pattern shows up, and i have video now! Went thru all the settings and everything works.Problem solved! Time to get a new TV on black friday!!

                  Lucky for you, but may I suggest you test with other consoles as well and if your friend is okay with that.

                  I have tested with Supergun (HAS unit), CMVS, PC Engine (IFU with RGB modded), SNES and Famicom Twin (both RGB modded), only PC Engine and CMVS works, the rest received 262p. And I just bought the Sony X9000E recently!

                    I only have the genesis 2 w/scart cable.As soon as i get my snes mini scart cable,i will test it.OOps, i forgot about the dreamcast, i’ll test that too.

                      Quite rare to not even get the test card, I know of only one other TV that does that IIRC.
